Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 7 days of purchase, however shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or USPS. Rush option available.
For international purchases, we ship via USPS First Class Mail. First class mail typically arrives 2-3 weeks, Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package.
Privacy & Security
All returns must be approved by and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be received by HOUSEOFLEYTON.COM within 5 days from initial delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For a return when an item is no longer in stock or an error is made, an RA must be approved by HOUSEOFLEYTON.COM. Items on sale or no longer featured on the website are final sale. Please view our size chart or contact us with sizing concerns as our policy is exchange only for sizing issues.
-Complete the following steps in order to process your return/exchange;
Step 1: Please complete the returns form which will be sent to you via email by our customer service.
Step 2: Please specify between – Refund OR Exchange
Step 3: For Exchange please specify what items you would like to exchange.
Step 4: If your exchange is more than your original purchase please provide us with contact details that we may be able to contact you during the week in order to process this order.
Step 5: Please send your RA form and item (s) in their original condition including packaging to the address listed on the RA form.
-Who pays for the returning item?
The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that insures you for the value of goods. We cannot refund the cost of postage of the item you are sending back to us.
-How long will this take?
Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed and appear in your account. We will keep you informed of any action taken concerning your request.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that HOUSEOFLEYTON.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, HOUSEOFLEYTON.COM shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
